The special attraction of this event is the mix of excellent exhibits, an extensive parts market, a clearly structured
exhibition area and the large variety of different vehicles. Of course, talking shop among classic car enthusiasts is
also the top priority on this day. Whether classic car owners, visitors, families with children and all, on this day
everyone can be captivated by the unmistakable atmosphere of bygone times.

Every year, over 500 vintage vehicles from all over northern Germany meet for the rendezvous in Bleckede.
Fans of shiny chrome will experience a journey through time through the history of motorization from 7 a.m. to
5 p.m. The range extends from noble pre- and post-war cars, iconic vehicles from the economic miracle era,
massive American sleighs, fast motorcycles from Adler to Zündapp through to agricultural tractors, special vehicles
and trucks from the last century.

24th Stolberger Lerchenfefst - historical city festival

On the second weekend in August, on August 10th and 11th, 2024, the frying pans will be glowing in Stolberg
from 10:00 a.m. on both days and it's all about the sausage again!

The Stolberger Lerchen, a specialty and a special treat for the palate, are the focus of the historic city festival in
the market area and in Rittergasse for the 24th time.

Saturday and Sunday, August 10th. and August 11th, 2024, we are looking forward to a great program:
dealers and craftsmen/artists, musicians and musicians entertain and invite you to dance on Saturday evening.

Numerous traders and artisans offer their goods. Wooden items and wood carving, arts and crafts, silverware
and jewelry, gifts, antiques, beekeeping products, onion braids & floristry, genuine Stolberger FRESSSACKE, ...  

There is a small toll on Saturdays and Sundays: at the entrances to the market area and in Rittergasse.
Children are of course free.

A note for visitors, drivers and residents: as every year, Rittergasse from the market to "Sonja's Café" is closed
to car traffic on Saturday and Sunday (except for the fire department and rescue vehicles). We ask you to take

A detour is possible from the train station via Hainfeld to get to the rear area of ​​Rittergasse, to the parking lot
at Rittertor (free parking lot).
The parking spaces in Kalten Tal and at the train station are available to guests free of charge, as well as the

Aqarena Night - The Dillenburg City Festival

On Saturday, August 24, 2024, the Aquarena Night, the Dillenburg city festival, goes into the next round.
Almost 7,000 guests took part in the city festival last year. As far as the organization of the city festival is
concerned, the focus this year is once again on the core city area including the Hofgarten.

There will be a total of three live stages as well as a planet party stage for the younger audience. The walking
distances between the individual stages are kept short and are only approx. 150 m each. The musical

construction of Windsheim's third city wall. This led to this guild receiving the privilege of its own guild dance from
the city council in the 15th century. The Wagners were thus “granted their own amusements,” as the chronicle
records it.
In the 16th century, the guild dance became the most popular popular entertainment in Windsheim and over the
centuries it became a small festival that is performed twice a year and shows the privileges of the guild through
the council as well as the historical Wagner dance. It goes without saying that this festival is performed in the
colorful imperial city costumes for a Franconian imperial city.

The city tour takes you to the most important sights of our city. Bietigheim's largely preserved medieval old town
offers impressive signs of historical architecture paired with modern architecture and art in a very small space.
In a limited urban space, the buildings strive to be taller in order to outdo each other with their carvings and
decorations. At the same time, visitors today also encounter witnesses of our time. Numerous sculptures and
sculptures, such as the “Ku(h)riosum” – the cow on the jug or the “Tower of the Gray Horses” by Jürgen Goertz

there. Actors from the theater group of the Bissingen Sports Association will slip into the roles of people who

Every year, between Hesse’s birthday on 02 July and the date of his death on 09 August, lectures are held in his commemoration. Professional speakers associated with the Stuttgart Academy of Music read stories and recollections by Hesse that are set in his hometown of Calw. Oldest Swabian local festival. The shepherds' guild, whose drawer was in Markgröningen, was divided into four
parts in 1723 and subshops were set up in Heidenheim, Urach and Wildberg (shepherd runs also take place in
these towns). In the past, attendance at the guild meeting on St. Bartholomew's Day (August 24th) was
compulsory, court was held, disputes were settled and apprentices were acquitted. Today's festival goes back to
the shepherd's order of 1651. Performance hats on Friday. The run by shepherds and shepherds' daughters across
the 300-step-long stubble field and the parade take place on Saturday in the city center.
